Yes. For example: you have € 500 of donations on your individual page and your fellow team member has a total of € 450 of donations. Then the total on your team page is € 950.

You can deposit your cash donations onto your own bank account first. Then you can easily transfer these to your campaign page via iDeal. Another step closer to your target!

Fantastic that you have taken action for us! You can transfer your funds on this page. Please tell us what your campaign was; we'd love to know, of course!

We will be delighted to welcome you in our center for a cheque presentation.

Unfortunately our ambassadors have indicated that they want to devote their efforts to helping the children in the Center first and foremost. So we cannot call on their services for a campaign.

Certainly; if someone pays in money on a campaign page they can click on the box 'Do not give my name on the website'. If you do this, your name is not visible next to your donation on the campaign page.

Due to their medical condition, the children in the Princess Máxima Center are not generally capable of much activity. So involving the children in your campaign is sadly not possible.

Yes, that is possible (with a work-round). You ask people to donate the value of the ticket(s) and to fill in all the details of the donation. You then get a confirmation of the donation, with the accompanying name and email address. The donation confirmation counts as a 'ticket'.

Yes, on the website of the Association of Parents, Children and Cancer (Vereniging Ouders, Kinderen en kanker - VOKK). The VOKK is co-founder and an important partner of the Princess Máxima Center. Their general email address is bureau@vokk.nl 

A target amount is your personal goal. You can always revise the target amount, both downwards and upwards. For example, if you have achieved your target you can raise it to a new target!

You can copy the link/url of your campaign page and share this via, among other things, social media, email and WhatsApp.

You also have a personal QR code that you can share. People can scan this and make a direct donation to your campaign! Make sure that you write a nice personal post to go with it and don't forget to ask people to donate to your campaign!

Once you have created a campaign page you will receive an email. This includes a link to your personal campaign page. If you click on this it will take you to the campaign platform. There you can create a password and login directly.

NB! Make sure you add the email address foundation@princessmaximacenter.nl to your contacts list. Then the emails that we send you won't end up in your spam.

Yes, you can! To do that you login first (see at the top on the right: ‘log in’). then go to your own page ‘manage my pages’ Then go to settings, set target amount; you can adjust your target amount here.

Yes, that's certainly possible! To do so, you login first (see at the top on the right: ‘log in’). then go to your own page ‘manage my pages’. There you will find the option: 'description of contents'. Here you can change both the title and the description of your campaign.

Make sure you are logged in. Then go to your own page ‘manage my pages’. Then you go via the settings menu to 'close campaign'. Once it has been closed your page remains visible to visitors but they can no longer make donations. If you don't want your page to remain visible, then send an email to foundation@princessmaximacenter.nl.

You can install a countdown date. Example: you are celebrating your birthday on 24 September. You can enter this as the 'countdown date'. A clock then appears on the page, counting down to the day of your birthday. You can also give the countdown date a name. In this example you are celebrating your birthday, so the countdown label could be: My birthday!

Certainly. Send an email to foundation@princessmaximacenter.nl and tells us which event you want your page moved to.

Unfortunately, we cannot share any campaigns on our social media channels. But if you tag us in your post (@princessmaximacenter) we can 'like' your campaign.
